Before I answer your questions, let me explain what CertoConnect is.

CertoConnect is a platfrom with a single integration for a range of alternative payment options. It is not a 3rd party solution with aggregated accounts.

So if you want to activate several payment options (e.g. Ukash and Paysafecard), it is enough to do just one integration with CertoConnect, not multiple integrations with each payment option. It saves your time and money.

We don't open accounts with payment systems. You can apply for accounts yourself, or with our assistance. We help to fill in all the documents correctly and submit them.

Merchants are to pay fees and rates of payment systems separately. CertoConnect is free till October 2012.

So, the answers to your questions are:

Do you accept a merchant from viet nam? - Yes, anyone is free to sign up with CertoConnect solution. No special requirements. But it is up to Ukash and Paysafecard to accept or to decline your business. generally, they do accept hosting services.

What is your fee? - CertoConnect is free now. You will just need to pay for the services of Ukash and Paysafecard. The rates are set by the providers. They will be about 8-10%.

If you would like to apply for Ukash and Paysafecard, please fill in the attached Paysafecard Form and send it back at [email blocked].

If you have any questions, please feel free to address them at [email blocked].

I look forward to your reply.
