Enabling a shipping address

CertoConnect allows you to sell both digital and physical products.

Digital goods are items such as software, web site access etc. Under physical products we mean goods that can be delivered to a specific address (i.e. shipping address).

By default CertoConnect will not ask customers for their shipping address for credit card payments and will enforce other payment systems neither to require nor to ask for a shipping address.

If you sell shippable items, you can adjust the settings. To do that, please go to 'Settings' tab, select 'Ask for shipping address' checkbox and press 'Save Changes' button.
