Order tracking

As your customers purchase products, CertoConnect tracks every order and stores its information for you to examine. The current status of the order is shown in "Status" column at "Orders" page.

Order statuses are:

  • completed - the order was successfully processed
  • pending - the order is still being processed
  • failed - there was a problem encountered while processing the order; refer to the detailed page of the order (by clicking the order ID) for more information about the problem
  • error - order was not processed because of a general system failure, network outage or other problems not related to the order itself.
